Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Our position

Megaficus Joint Stock Company (“Megaficus”) does not sell your personal information. We also do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This has been our practice since the Service launched, and we have no plans to change it.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of. We provide this page to comply with the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state privacy laws that require a clear disclosure of sale and sharing practices.

What “sell” and “share” mean

Under the CCPA/CPRA:

• “Sell” means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
• “Share” means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary consideration.

We do neither. The personal information we collect (usernames, session data, and server logs) is used solely to provide, secure, and maintain the dashboard. We do not provide this information to any third party for advertising, data brokerage, or any other commercial purpose.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we recognize it as a valid opt-out request under applicable state privacy laws. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no change to your experience is needed — but we respect and acknowledge the signal.

Service providers

We use a limited number of infrastructure providers (such as hosting services) that process data solely on our behalf and under our instructions. These are “service providers” under the CCPA — not third parties. They are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Your rights

Even though we do not sell or share your information, you have the right to submit a request under applicable state privacy laws.
