Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Megaficus Joint Stock Company is committed to making the Megaficus advertising dashboard (the “Service”) accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to ensure that our Service conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for web accessibility.

Accessibility features

We have implemented the following accessibility features across the Service:

• Keyboard navigation. All interactive elements — including navigation menus, buttons, form fields, and data tables — are accessible via keyboard alone.
• Semantic HTML. We use proper heading hierarchy, landmark elements, and ARIA attributes so that assistive technologies can interpret the page structure.
• Color contrast. Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
• Focus indicators. Visible focus outlines are provided on all interactive elements for keyboard users.
• Form labels. Every form field has a visible, programmatically associated label.
• Responsive design. The Service is usable across screen sizes without loss of content or functionality.
• Reduced motion. We respect the prefers-reduced-motion operating system setting and avoid unnecessary animations when it is enabled.

Conformance status

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. While we work continuously to improve accessibility, some content — particularly complex data tables and charts — may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to address these areas and welcome feedback on how we can improve.

Third-party content

The Service displays data sourced from third-party marketplace platforms. While we control the presentation of this data within our dashboard, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of the original source content.

When reporting an issue, please include the page URL, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology you are using (if applicable). We will respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days.

Assessment and remediation

We assess the accessibility of the Service through a combination of automated testing tools, manual keyboard navigation testing, and screen reader evaluation. When we identify issues, we prioritize them by severity and impact and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
