DMCA Notice & Copyright Policy

1. Overview

Megaficus Joint Stock Company (“Megaficus”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Megaficus advertising dashboard (the “Service”) to do the same. This page describes our policy for responding to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the “DMCA”).

2. Nature of content on this Service

The Service is a private, login-gated analytics dashboard. It does not host user-generated content, public forums, or file-sharing functionality. The data displayed in the Service consists of advertising and sales performance metrics sourced from third-party marketplace platforms under authorized account access. The Service may display product identifiers, titles, and related marketplace data as part of its analytics functionality.

4. Filing a DMCA takedown notice

If you believe that content displayed on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notification to our designated agent. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notification must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material (such as a URL or description).
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Megaficus may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward it to the original complainant and will restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

6. Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

7. Good faith

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed or disabled by mistake — may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
